 Mr. Cleaves
has over 20 years of Operational and Quality Assurance experience.
He began his career at Intermetrics Inc. working on compilers as well as the world's first distributed Java debugger, JWatch.
He performed work for Static Interface Analysis Tool (SIAT) for Ada on behalf of the NASA Space Station IV&V effort
as well as development and integration of Command and Control systems (C2G) for the Air Force at
N.O.R.A.D and the Pentagon. He also has deep experience with distributed application managment and interoperability, with heterogeneous technologies
based in J2EE, COM and .NET, through his work on OpenView Transaction Analyzer (OVTA) at Hewlett Packard.
In additon to his Quality Assurance and Operational roles he is repsonsible for customer experience design and development,
centered primarily around user interface and deployment.
Mr. Cleaves received a B.S. Computer Science with additional degrees in Math and English from
Bridgewater State College.
