Bechek
Bob Bechek is a Partner in Bain & Company,
heading Bain’s Software Industry practice area. Prior to joining
Bain & Company, Mr. Bechek was Vice President and General Manager
of AKR Robotics, Inc. Mr. Bechek earned a M.B.A. from Harvard Business
School. He is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Joe
Caruso
Joe Caruso is president of Bantam Group, Inc. a business advisory organization
specializing in early stage technology companies. Mr. Caruso currently
serves on the board of Metrisa Inc, MicroE Systems, Traction Software,
Inc., and TimeBlaster, Inc. He is president of the National Association
of Corporate Directors (New England Chapter). He is an honors graduate
(EE) from Northeastern University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business
School.

Joe Nedder
Joe Nedder has spent over 15 years in the High Tech Industry. Prior to
joining the Advisory Board, Joe served as SofCheck’s CEO. Joe also
held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Availant
Inc. (formerly CLAM Associates), a software product and services company
whose solutions defined the standard for high availability. Joe holds
a degree in Engineering and Computer Science from Dartmouth College and
is an adjunct professor at the Olin School of Management at Babson College
and the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Brian LeSuer
Brian Le Suer has over 15 years experience in software development, testing
and test automation. He is a co-founder of Star Quality, providing expertise
and services in Software Quality Assurance. Prior to Star Quality he served
as Executive Vice President of R&D for Segue Software. He has a proven
track record of delivering high quality, on-time software products. Brian
holds a B.A. degree from Central Connecticut State College and earned
a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of New Haven.
He is President of the New England Software Quality Assurance Foundation.

Larry Mehl
Larry is currently engaged in the private practice of law and is a member
of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and State Bar of Texas.
Prior to private practice, he held the position of Senior Vice President,
General Counsel and Secretary for a Fortune 500 company. He has also served
a 3 year tenure as a member of the Staff of the Securities and Exchange
Commission in Washington, D.C. and held increasingly responsible positions
with the largest bank holding company in Texas, a national retail organization
and an additional Fortune 500 company. Larry attended the University of
Texas (Undergraduate and Law School) and St. Mary’s University School
of Law where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence.
